My PX-9 comes with a 5-inch threated barrel and very comfortable grip set-up, that can be adjusted to your hand with two extra hand-grip replacement panel sets included with a purchase.
In addition, PX-9 comes with a trigger safety, with a fiber-optic front sight and a ledge-style rear sight, and one 18, and one 20-round magazines.
PX-9 feels very well balanced and easy to shoot with it. So far, I've shot 200 rounds through it in with a wide range of ammunitions and I have zero issues about its performance.
My personal overall satisfaction of PX-9 is five of five stars. Great gun that I have fell in love with.
